Sharpie is the ultimate love bug!! He just wants to be held and sit on your lap. As soon as you enter the room Sharpie’s purring motor starts up and doesn’t stop. He’ll run over to you and jump in your lap if you’ll let him! Sharpie is a little on the “demanding” side because he wants your attention and will even jump on your back or shoulders to get it. He also has quite the mischievous side and loves to play with the other foster kitties. His favorite thing to do is to run through the crinkle tunnel and climb up as fast as he can to the top of the kitty condo.  It’s kind of like, “king of the hill” but for cats!

Sharpie had a rough start in life scrounging for food and dodging cars in an office complex on a busy intersection in Miami. He was very skinny, dirty and sick but was treated and had a couple of baths to clean him up. He loved it and purred the whole time.  Please see his before and after pictures.  He’s very happy now and just wants someone to take him home and give him lots of love. In return, he’ll love you unconditionally.

You can meet this wonderful kitty most Saturdays at the Pembroke Pines Petsmart between 12 and 6 pm.
